19 年 3 月 27 日中午左右去吃午饭。吃了荞麦面鸡碗，不久之后我的胃开始感到臃肿和恶心，打嗝和严重的气体。腹泻始于晚上 9 点 30 分，至今仍在发生 3 月 28 日/  | 症状: 腹泻, 煤气, 腹胀, Burping

星期天晚上点了一份牛排卷饼，吃了大部分的晚餐然后上床睡觉。星期一（昨天）早上醒来，感觉非常恶心。我在床上扔了大约一个小时，我终于决定去洗手间。当我起床时，我知道我没有足够的时间去洗手间，所以我很快拿起一个塑料袋呕吐了大约 5-6 次。我感到疲倦、虚弱和发烧。我去洗手间后不久，我的凳子变了颜色和气味。老实说我不知道他们为什么还在营业。把它们关掉。

I purchased the McDonald’s salad on Friday 8/24/18 and on Saturday 8/25/18 my symptoms began with feeling nauseous then I started having explosive diarrhea which would not stop. I’m having severe abdominal pain as well. Please someone put a stop to this massive contamination. Too many people… 更多

锻炼后我有一个碗，味道像往常一样很棒。第二天早上 8 点左右我醒来时感到头晕和出汗。我无法回去睡觉，暖气和空调让我感到不舒服。醒来仅 3 小时后，我最终在上午 11 点左右呕吐了大约 5 次  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕, 出汗

After ordering a cup of tomato soup and 1/2 of a Mediterranean sandwich on 9/28 at Panera Bread, I had severe diarrhea. I know this occurred because of this meal, since I had nothing else to eat before then. Very disturbing and I'll never eat there again.  | 症状: 腹泻
