我丈夫带回家了一个鸡肉卷饼碗。它有鸡肉、黑豆、生菜、奶酪、糙米。偷窥者和洋葱。自从我吃完碗以来，我多次（5 次以上）因爆发性腹泻去洗手间。我丈夫甚至抱怨这种气味，并说房子里有一只老鼠死了。

下午 4 点左右吃了一英尺长的肉丸英雄。以为有什么不对劲，但没有遵循我的直觉和成品食物。晚上 7 点过了一会儿回家。到 8 点半左右，我在接下来的 3 个小时里在浴室里呕吐。当然，还有轻微的发烧、出汗、发冷和胃部非常不适。我什至无法保持水分，但我需要尽量保持水分。凌晨 1 点以后我终于睡了大约一个小时左右。当我醒来时，我感到非常寒冷，头痛，我又热又冷，直到早上 6 点才再次入睡。当我早上 10 点醒来时，我非常脱水，头痛，胃部非常敏感。我正在喝佳得乐，今天在工作，但是感觉自己在参加马拉松比赛后被卡车撞了。

I had double chicken bowl with guacamole. The next morning I was feelin queesy and developed a fever. Shortly thereafter I was throwing Up repeatedly until the next morning.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate a steak and carnitas burrito around 7pm on April 29,2016. About 12am I experienced diarrhea and at about 1:15 am I threw up, followed by constant throwing up throughout the night. Possibly the worst illness of my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
