On 01/20/2020 at 14:00, I ate a Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich meal with large waffle fries and 1/2 unsweet tea / 1/2 lemonade drink. I woke up at midnight that day with severe abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, sweats and ending with diarrhea.
