I had lunch in store on 4/25/2016 @ 2:30pm. It was my first meal of the day I had been fishing earlier that day. After leaving the store my buddy and I started hiking 2.5 miles into the woods to start another point on the fishing trip. When reaching our destination I started to feel sick. I threw up the whole way out of the woods and wasn't able to keep anything down until I sought medical attention at Olean General hospital late Tuesday night. I was diagnosed with food poisoning and given two bags of fluids for sever dehydration. I'm still suffering through some of the after effects. I had eated the six inch Black Forest Ham sub. My buddy that ate the BMT was fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
