Over last 24 hours in Osaka, ate at a ramen shop for dinner in Dotombori just northest of the Glico Man, cannot recall or find name. Restroom smelled of vomit, possible site of infection.

Next day, had tuna mayo rice balls and green tea at Familymart listed, before catching train to Koyasan. Felt okay until about noon, when noticed lack of appetite and stomach cramps, vomitting by 1400 and being nauseous for remainder of day on train back to Osaka. Staying at Rakuten Stay Hostel, had another bought of vomiting after being woken up by diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
