- comments: noted over 5 live roaches inside the garbage container underneath the microwave at the display area. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize affected areas, eliminate pest activity. Instructed to consult with pest control company and have premises treated. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a) citation issued.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors unclean in the rear room containing the 3 compartment sink and the floor of the walk in cooler. Must clean and maintain floors.
