Around 11pm at night went to drive thru ordered big size chicken quesadilla and soft beef taco. The taco was not warm but was not cold the outside of it was covered in grease and beef looked like it was made 2 days ago. I took 2 bites threw it in garbage. Chicken quesadilla again was not warm was really hungry so I ate it. It wasn't that good either around 4am the next morning about 5 hours later woke up ran to bathroom puked 4 times all chunks of the chicken and dark brown beef it was bad. I had stomach pain, diarrhea, fever, and a pale face felt like I was dying. I tried drinking water and Gatorade but the whole day I kept throwing up liquids. About 8 hours later the same day I checked in the emergency room I had 102 fever and I couldn't walk my body was sore my bones hurt and I couldn't stand due to nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Soreness
