Had a small special cheese steak sandwich and a medium coke around 11:30 am. I did not have any breakfast that morning or any thing to drink except water so my stomach was empty. Then 2-3 hours later I started to feel something wasn’t right. By 4 o’clock I started to go to the bathroom evo10-15 minutes. And started to vomit. Diarrhea and vomiting lasted all evening and throughout the night. By morning vomiting stopped but diarrhea continues throughout the next day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
