Had nashville chicken sandwich, sweet potatoe fries and root beer. My son (3) and my daughter (9months) both also had sweet potato fries. We all, 6 hours later experiences vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
