July 6th 2020, Not entirely sure. My spouse and I both ate the same thing. Mexican takeout. Same items. The only thing I ate that she didn't was one of the to go "hot sauces". We get takeout from there at least monthly. They were out of the orangish habanero sauce. They threw in some red-ish sauce. I 6 hours later I had a blinding headache. 3 hours after that I vomited my stomach contents. Fever, chills, soaking sweats, blinding headache. | Symptoms: Fever, Headache, Chills, Vomiting, Sweating
