15 March 2024 I ate a steak and fries with egg at a restaurant in Lisbon I ordered a steak with fries and egg at the restaurant as this venue was recommended by my hostel. The food tasted ok however I noticed the steak was a bit rubbery and hard to chew. I had the food at 8 pm on 14 March and at 2 am on 15 March I woke up with severe cramps. I experienced diarrhoea, vomiting, cramps in stomach, headache and fever. I am still very weak and with fever on 16th March. I haven’t experienced such bad food poisoning even when travelling in Asia. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Nausea, Diarrhea
