- comments: observed no date markings on tcs ready to eat foods being held for more than 24 hours in coolers. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: observed an appx. "1/2-3/4" gap along bottom of front door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: observed no chemical test kit to check sanitizing solution ppm's at 3- compartment sink. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: must clean debris build up from prep tables,reach in freezer,display shelves,cabinets at coffee station. Walk in cooler-pop sleeves and fan guard covers.

- comments: must repair or replace stained ceiling tiles on sales floor,damaged and missing floor tiles under chip display unit and front door,wall in poor repair at mop sink.
