In-flight Chicken Meal Illness - Airlines, Longford England

Flying from Heathrow to Boston via Montreal. Had coffee and dry toast before flying and only the chicken meals on plane that day. Got home after flight delay and suffered diarrhea. Took Imodium at night and morning....still suffering. Symptoms have worstened during day despite only eating light dry food and ginger tea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
