Deli Italian Pinwheels. Both my mother and I were picking up grocery’s and grabbed 1 package of the meat and cheese pinwheels for a quick lunch, went home and immediately ate them. It was the only thing her and I ate the same thing of. No one else in the household are sick. We ate the pinwheels around 12 noon, by 9:30 yesterday evening I was vomiting along with diarrhea. My mother soon was not feeling well either and began vomiting and having diarrhea around 11:30-midnight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Nausea
