Last night , Food i had dinner last night, ate 3 bowls of soup. an hour later my stomach hurt severely, went to the bathroom, essentially glued to the toilet until i vomited shortly after. woke up this morning still glued to the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
