I bought a natural pork Chorizo (San Luis brand) on 3/12/23 and cooked it on 3/14/23. A few hours later, I started to feel very nauseated and had the chills and bloating. I then developed chronic diarrhea. It was terrible! I don't think I've ever had food poisoning before. I checked the expiration date and it was not expired. It is safe to say, that I will never buy Chorizo from them again! A few years back, I bought an organic whole chicken and when we were about to cook it, we noticed a strong egg smell so we did not cook it. It was BAD even though the expiration date was good. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Chills
