Stuffed Crust Pizza Illness - Aldi, Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Bought a Mama Cozzi’s stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from there two days ago. Says best used by March 11, 2022.
I worked all day yesterday as did my girlfriend, so we didn’t eat any of the same foods till we cooked this pizza at dinner last night around 11 pm. Woke up at 8 am to my girlfriend vomiting & not too long after the same happened to me, but both ends.
The only thing we had to eat was this pizza last night.
Very intense stomach pain, extreme nausea, extreme vomiting & diarrhea.

The trick that helped me a bit over the last few hours was burning some toast (to the point where it’s like the blacker & crispier the better) crush it up to a crummy powder, and take it with Gatorade.
I can swallow it without chewing but my girlfriend did have to chew some so be advised of the larger crumbs.
