Halloumi fried in a pan, I purchased three bags of the haloumi fries from here this past week. I decided on Saturday to cook some in the pan and made about half the bag. The smell was a bit off, but I figured it was the brine. It had been about a month since I last tried haloumi, so my memory of the smell/taste wasn't great. They felt a bit crumbly and melted more than I remembered. They tasted fine. However, within a few hours, I was having multiple trips to the bathroom. My stomach has been bloated since then. Yesterday was the worst of it, with stomach cramps, nausea, and more diarrhea. My entire body hurt. I didn't realize it was the cheese until I went to finish off the bag today and decided to check one of the other bags and see if it had the same odor. Nope. I have no idea what the expiration date was, but it was definitely expired. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloating, Body Ache
