- comments: 5-202. 12 observed handwashing sink in staff washroom on southside second floor closest to kitchen providing a flow of water for only 2 seconds when activated. Instructed to repair handwashing sink to provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.
