I have eaten at this place on other occasions and always been fine. I ordered a large beef and meatball soup and an order of 2 shrimp salad rolls on Wed Feb 20. The next morning I began to experience abdominal cramping followed by stomach cramping. That night I was very ill with vomiting, diarrhea - I was dizzy, faint and light-headed and briefly blacked out twice. I spent a few hours in ER and was given a saline drip and anti nausea medication. No one in my family is ill and the only thing different from the rest of my family that I consumed was this meal. Currently I am still experiencing nausea, fatigue and diarrhea. I still haven't eaten. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Lightheaded
