On Sunday December 22 I was on flight 1993 LAS PHL and seated in first class 3A. I had a chicken enchilada. That evening I experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, and body aches. I had not eaten anything on that day except for my first class meal. The pilots stated they had to get the meals off another plane, so I suspect the meals had been sitting out a long time..
