I flew first class from HNL to DFW and my mother and I both got food poisoning from the food we ate on the plane. We ate salad, grilled beef, and their grilled filet entree. We think it could’ve be the lettuce since we’ve heard about people getting sick from bagged lettuce recently, but it could’ve been the beef as well. Not fun having food poisoning in an airport for sure. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
