Inspectors found that the inside of the ice machine had a pink and blackish substance on a white panel, indicating the food-contact equipment was not clean. They also noted several maintenance and cleanliness issues in the facility.

Additional findings included water-stained ceiling tiles in the kitchen prep area, a mop stored in a mop bucket instead of being allowed to air dry, and dirt and debris on floors in corners and under or around heavy equipment.
