On March 1st at 5:30 pm I went to eat seafood at this truck and after that I didn’t eat nothing else and around 7:00 pm I start throwing up a lot and my stomach was hurting so bad and also I had diarrhea for the whole night. My stomach still hurting and I can’t eat and drink anything right now. I also did my searches on health department after this and this place got shot down because food truck where inspectors found no hot water, inadequate refrigeration and gross, unsanitary conditions. So be aware and don’t go here I’m doing a statement on this place on southern Nevada health district. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
