My 5yo ate Apple Jacks before bed and woke up with diarrhea then vomiting. Ate very little throughout the day and same night had another episode of vomiting. Not knowing the source of his illness, 2 days later my husband ate a bowl of the same cereal before bed and woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea followed by vomiting.
