I don't really know but maybe it was the apple zings I felt sick almost immediately after eating the apple zings.

update 05/10: I felt very sick to my stomach and then the pain stopped after 1-2 hours. What makes me think the cereal is causing this is the fact that yesterday the same thing happened almost immediately after I eating. I feel fine now but maybe I'm not the only one with this problem. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
