I don't really know but maybe it was the apple zings I felt sick almost immediately after eating the apple zings.

Diarrhea After 5-Cheese Bread

I purchased my groceries online it was I believe that 5 cheese garlic bread and I ate three of them and my stomach was hurting a little last night and then the next morning, I've been having diarrhea to the point where I cannot go anywhere unless I know there's a bathroom close by
