April 6 2018 spprx 1:00am... I ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer and my aunt Ray was spinach artichoke penne pasta with grilled chicken. By 7 a.m. I was awake and were crumbling growing in my stomach and then suddenly violent diarrhea nausea vomiting and chills. This continues until I ended up in the emergency room extremely dehydrated and along with the severe stomach cramps came chest pain...3 days later. After many hours in the emergency room with IV hydration IV drugs an abdominal/chest CT scan , | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Chest Pain
