Severe Illness After Mac & Cheese - Applebee's, Wooster Ohio

I ate the 4 cheese Mac and cheese and honey pepper chicken tenders around 9-930 last night and I have thrown up 7 times and have severe stomach pains and diarrhea. I’ve never felt this crappy for this amount of time in my life!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
