Coleslaw & Green Beans Illness - Applebee's, Wichita Kansas

I think it was the coleslaw with the fish and chips dinner. It smelled and tasted “off”, but I also was suspicious of the slimy green beans. I ordered Saturday evening on 4/17/21 and woke up about 2:00am Sunday 4/18 sick to my stomach, followed by vomiting and fever, and abdominal pain
