Chicken Wings, Tenders Illness - Applebee's, Fairfield California

My wife and I went to this restaurant. I ordered the all you can eat boneless chicken wings. My wife ordered the chicken tenders. My wife ate a couple of chicken tenders and said they made her feel funny and didn't eat anymore. I ate the rest of the chicken tender. That night my stomach was a little upset. The next morning I vomited, was nauseated, had a headache, stomach cramps, diarrhea and was very weak.
