I ate a bourbon chicken and shrimp. Mozzarella sticks as well. I can’t pin point the exact dish that gave these symptoms to me but about 5-6 hours I woke up bloated with stomach pain. I began to vomit and have diarrhea. I used the restroom every 10 minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloating
