Last night we ate at Applebee's in belton Missouri. I was eating my Caesar salad when a fly flew out of it and landed on my chest after I hit it. They apologized brought a new salad. My steak was wired and the French fries. I woke up puking halucinating fever laid in bed puking everywhere. Then diarrhea every where. My car started puking from a French fry. I was disgusted my doctor had zopfran to stop the puking didn't work. My abdomen is sore I feel like I got hit by a truck. This restaurant needs to shut down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Soreness
