I went to Applebees on 72nd and Dodge, by the crossroads mall, at around noon yesterday, 11/18/2017 and ordered the siracha shrimp and boneless wings. That was the only thing I ate the whole day. Later that day, around 4/5 I started getting a headache and sharp pains to my stomach like cramps. Drinking water hurt my chest and I began having diarrhea and lots of nausea. I am very healthy and never get sick so it was easy to pin point what happened. I haven’t been able to eat a thing since then. The facility has just gone downhill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
