Went for dinner at Applebee's on union in Memphis around 11pm. It was crowded but that should've have affected the quality of the food. I order for the 2 for $20 : appetizers mild boneless chicken wings and three-cheese chicken cavatappi. I also ordered a drink: strawberry lime margarita. I Ate, went home and soon went to sleep. Around 7am I started having hot flashes and severe stomach pains. And before 8am I was vomiting on and off. Even right now as I try to write this (10:12am). | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
