2.25.18, My son eat at Arbys in Tiverton, Utah, and had a beef and cheddar for lunch on 2.21.18 with the symptoms of vomiting, dihreah, stomach pains, we are on day 4, still not better, stomach lining is now detoriated from vomiting. Went to the doctors twice. My son will never go bsck there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
