After I ate my beef sandwiches my stomach started making noises and it progressed throughput thr day and then my stomach started hurting getting progressively worse - and after I went to bed I woke up Shaking w horrible stomach pains, diarrhea &vomiting, My husband also had a roast beef sandwich but did not get sick. Right after I ate ur my stomach was making lots of noises and I had diarrhea one time before I went to bed but thought maybe I was coming down w something | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Shaking
