Fish Sandwich Illness Lingers - Arby's, Yucca Valley California

Went to arbys in Yucca Valley, CA. 04/18/25 Ate a fish sandwich, by Friday night I was experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain and cramping. On Easter Sunday 04/20/25 I started to get chills and developed a 102.5 fever, having to take ibuprofen and tylenol around the clock to keep the fever at bay. I have taken flu and covid tests, both negative, twice during this process to rule out other causes. Today is 04/26/2025 and I am still experiencing symptoms and cannot hold down food. I have lost 10 lbs this week. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
