Chicken Nuggets Cause Illness

Not certain but believe it was the chicken nuggets and sauce Son (2 years old) got fever and diarrhea about 8 hours after eating the chicken nuggets. Husband felt nauseated and sick to his stomach after eating the chicken nuggets and roast beef.

Roast Beef Sandwich Illness

I ordered the roast beef sandwich, combo 9. About 3 hrs later a headache started forming and an hour into that I was throwing up. I had stomach pains, throwing up and dry heaving for about 6 hrs when things magically disappeared. Some weird stomach bubbling occurred but the south stayed friendly.
