Not certain but believe it was the chicken nuggets and sauce Son (2 years old) got fever and diarrhea about 8 hours after eating the chicken nuggets. Husband felt nauseated and sick to his stomach after eating the chicken nuggets and roast beef. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
