I ate at the Arby's in Troy, Missouri on April 4th, 2017. I ordered the Turkey Ranch and Bacon sandwich meal. Within about 45 minutes I was having issues not feeling well, by the evening I was nauseated, had a headache, chills, body aches. By 10 p.m. I was vomiting. The symptoms subsided around noon on April 5th, 2017. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
