Roast Beef & Apple Turnover Illness - Arby's, Lubbock Texas

I ate about 2/3 of a classic roast beef sandwich and 1/2 of an apple turnover from here. Around 2 hours later I started experiencing abdominal cramps, dizziness and nausea. This progressed to forceful vomiting which, with water that I drank for hydration, lasted 10-11 hours.
