A fish sandwich. I eat 2 fried fish sandwiches around 6pm on Thursday April 13th. About 2 hours later I started to feel sick to my stomach so I went to bed. I woke up at about midnight and vomited and then the extreme stomach cramps began. I woke up again at 1 am and 2 am vomiting with diarrhea and extreme stomach cramps. The extreme cramping and diarrhea continued through to Friday afternoon. I thought I was feeling well enough to eat some soup around 6pm on Friday evening but quickly realized that was not the case because I vomited everything I eat. I started to feel better a couple hours later. I have NEVER in my life felt so sick. My stomach still hasn’t fully recovered since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
