Beef Sandwich Illness Symptoms - Arby's, Gas City Indiana

I had a beef n cheddar with no bun for lunch on Sunday February 9th around 12:30. Later around 5 I started feeling weird. I got hot and dizzy. I was experiencing some tingling in my legs and mud cramps. I went to lay in bed. That night I vomited 3 times and the next day I still couldn’t keep any food down, even water and saltine crackers. Also had a bad headache the next day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness
