I ate a chicken slider with ranch, a pizza slider, curly fries and mozzarella sticks with marinara.I ate there at night and when I got up the next morning I was suck. The only thing I ate yesterday other than the arbys was some grapes and water. It started with being hot and dizzy. I thought I was feverish or dehydrated. So I drank water and tried to relax. Then I got warmer and had a temp of 100. When I tried to get up and walk I was dizzy and immediately nauseous. Followed by intense stomach cramps and diarrhea repeatedly. I have taken diarrhea and stomach medicine to no avail. I still have a fever and stomach pain and cramps. Diarrhea has slowed but not stopped. Dizziness is only better when I lay down. Nausea hasn't left but vomiting has slowed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
