Beef Sandwich Illness Symptoms - Arby's, Windsor Ontario

Had got a 3cheese & bacon beef sandwich around 6pm. Was woken around 3am with severe stomach cramps. It is now 8hrs after I woke & have spent most of the morning in the washroom being drained from both ends. Feel as though I am running a fever but am bundled up as I'm freezing & nursing a massive migraine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Migraine
