Arby's Meal Causes Illness - Arby's, Spanaway Washington

I hadn’t eaten in 24 hours or so and was starving and decided to stop at Arby’s and got a double beef and cheddar and strawberry shake and about an hour after I got home around 1-2pm on 12-28-2024 I was in horrible pain .. I then started vommiting for about 24hours and couldn’t keep anything down. And since then I have had the worst watery stool (none solid) and have had to run to the bathroom everytime I get up out of bed and it’s been over 4 days since I ate there | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
