There has a great chicken salad sandwich, but I will never eat one there again. I ate it on a Thursday night and within 5 minutes after eating I had severe diarrhea. My symptoms continued with fever and horrible headache and very tender abdomen. Today is Saturday and I still have the headache and abdominal tenderness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache
