I had roast beef sandwich about 4 pm Feb 15, 2018. Eaten there in Leavenworth Is. I'm about 30 minutes I experienced extreme disiness while driving. I made it home and then became nauseous, vomited, laid down as too dizzy to stand. Every time I tried to sit up I got nauseated. Luckily I was able to get rid if the infected roast beef. Was ill for rest of evening. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
