I ate a turkey bacon ranch sandwich at about 1030pm didn't sit right in my stomach, started feeling off and went to bed an hour or so later with trouble. Woke up at 4am with really bad diahreah, looked like bile almost and smelled really really salty and rancid. My strength had gone away by now. I knew what was happening so i prepared a bucket for myself and a supply of water just in time before I began violently vomiting. I just woke up from very restless sleep and my abdomen still hurts and I feel very weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Bile
